discrimination claims of numerous employees including
warehouse workers, salespeople, executive managers, truck
drivers, and insurance agents. We have represented
African American, Indian, Hispanic, and Asian American
employees in race discrimination actions, in settings ranging
from the Indiana State Police Department and universities to
banks and manufacturers.
We have represented disabled Americans working in factories,
hospitals, and fast-food establishments under the
Americans
with Disabilities Act. We have represented numerous

including nurses, clerks, and teachers, in Family and Medical
Leave Act cases. We have helped individuals and groups of

under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
We regularly review separation and severance agreements and
non-compete agreements for employees, and we have handled
litigation based on those types of employment issues.
We have handled all forms of litigation for employees under
state and federal wage and hours laws, such as the Fair
Labor Standard Act, on the federal level, and Indiana's Wage
Payment and Wage Claims statutes. We have recovered thousands
