We represent employees in all types of employment positions in both the private and the public sector. We have represented female employees in sexual harassment and gender discrimination claims in various employment settings ranging from factories to offices. We have represented age discrimination claims of numerous employees including warehouse workers, salespeople, executive managers, truck drivers, and insurance agents. We have represented African American, Indian, Hispanic, and Asian American employees in race discrimination actions, in settings ranging from the Indiana State Police Department and universities to banks and manufacturers.

We have represented disabled Americans working in factories, hospitals, and fast-food establishments under the Americans with Disabilities Act. We have represented numerous employees, including nurses, clerks, and teachers, in Family and Medical Leave Act cases. We have helped individuals and groups of employees maintain or recover medical and other group benefits under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.

We regularly review separation and severance agreements and non-compete agreements for employees, and we have handled litigation based on those types of employment issues.

We have handled all forms of litigation for employees under state and federal wage and hours laws, such as the Fair Labor Standard Act, on the federal level, and Indiana's Wage Payment and Wage Claims statutes. We have recovered thousands of dollars for Indiana employees in unpaid wages, overtime pay, accrued vacation pay, and commissions.

We have represented employees who have not been given proper layoff or plant closing notice under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Act (WARN Act).
