Joseph E. Allman is an experienced trial lawyer who represents injured individuals in personal injury, products liability, construction accidents, and worker's compensation cases.
He is also experienced in labor and employment law, representing unions and employees in employment litigation in state and federal court, including wrongful discharge, non-compete agreements, discrimination, employment contracts and severance agreements.
