Kimberly D. Jeselskis provides legal advice and representation to employees on a wide range of employment-related issues including employment discrimination (age, race and color, sex, national origin and disability); harassment because of race, sex or disability; retaliation; Family Medical Leave Act; Fair Labor Standards Act (equal pay and overtime issues); employee benefit issues; and state law wage claims and employment related tort claims by employees. She also provides legal advice to employees on severance packages, employment agreements, and non-compete agreements. Prior to joining the firm in 2002, she practiced employment law in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Arizona.
