Robert A. Hicks
Mr. Hicks represents Unions and employees in federal and state labor and employment law matters. He has worked with Unions and their members in grievance handling and processing, arbitration, cases involving the Union’s duty of fair representation, contract negotiations, retiree insurance matters, unemployment compensation claims, National Labor Relations Board representation and unfair labor practice matters and other contract disputes. He also assists with issues relating to Union real estate and property.
