Mr. Hicks represents Unions and employees in federal and state labor and employment law matters. He has worked with Unions and their members in grievance processing and arbitration, contract negotiations, NLRB representation and unfair labor practice proceedings, unemployment compensation appeals, and federal litigation involving retiree insurance claims, union duty of fair representation and other contract disputes. He also assists Unions with tax filings and other issues relating to Union real estate and property.
