Bill Groth

William R. Groth, Of Counsel

Bill Groth has been practicing labor and employment law since his graduation from law school in 1975. Bill has represented unions in hundreds of labor arbitrations and all types of litigation. In addition to maintaining an active labor practice, he also represents plaintiffs in civil rights cases advocating for progressive causes, including under Title IX (sex discrimination) and the Fourteenth Amendment (discrimination based on sexual preference). Bill is also an expert in election law and is passionate about ensuring equal access to voting to all people regardless of their race, socio-economic status, or political persuasion. Bill is active in politics and won the Indiana Democratic Party’s Activist of the Year Award in 2018.
